REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

Registration

• Participation in scientific activities, program, participation certificate is included in registration prices.
• VAT is not included in the registration prices. VAT rate is 20%.
• Registration fees can be transferred to the bank details on the website or can be paid by credit card.
• Topkon Congress and Event Services by e-mail the registration payment receipt for the Topkon Congress and Event Services meeting registration. ( Email: coccyx-istanbul@topkon.com )

Accommodation

Please contact coccyx-istanbul@topkon.com for hotel reservation.

• Prices above are per night based on bed and breakfast and VAT and Accommodation tax will be added.

Transfer

• VAT is not included in the registration prices. VAT rate is 20%.

Workshops

• Congress registration is required to attend the courses.
• Each course has a capacity of 20 participants.
• VAT is not included in the registration prices. VAT rate is 20%.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to Topkon Tourism.
For cancellations of registration ;

- Made until March 01, 2026, will be refunded as 50 %. - Made after March 01, 2026, no refunds will be granted.
