Manual Abstract Submission Guideline

• This guideline outlines the procedures for collecting abstracts manually via e-mail.
• Incomplete or incorrectly formatted abstracts may not be evaluated.
• Abstracts must be submitted via e-mail to: coccyx-istanbul@topkon.com
• Subject line should include: "Abstract Submission – Name Surname"
• Title: Written in uppercase, concise, and reflective of the study content.
• Authors: Full names of all authors; presenting author must be clearly indicated (e.g., underline presenting author).
• Affiliations: Institution name, department, city, country for each author.
• Text Structure:
• Introduction / Aim
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusion
• Word Limit: Maximum 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
• Language: Abstracts must be written in English.
• Formatting Requirements
  File format: Word (.doc or .docx)
  Font: Times New Roman, size 12
  Line spacing: 1.5
  No images, graphs, or tables are allowed unless otherwise stated.
  Do not use abbreviations before defining them.
• Evaluation Process
All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
• Accepted abstract presenters must complete congress registration before the presentation schedule is finalized.
